Ramayanan ballet is a traditional Javanese performing arts. The story in this show comes from the epic work of Valmiki, written in Sanskrit, and engraved on Prambanan temple. Which tells the loyalty of a wife, Shinta Dewi, to her husband, Rama Wijaya.

This performance is able to unite various Javanese arts, such as dance, drama and music on one stage, which is summarized into four stories: abduction of Sinta, Anoman mission to Alengka, Ravana's death or Kumbhakarna, and the meeting re-Rama Sinta.
