Cemeti Art House

Cemeti Art House, located at Jalan D.I. Panjaitan 41 Yogyakarta, established in 1988 with the name Gallery Cemeti, founder of a husband-wife, Nindityo Adipurnomo and Mella Jaarsma, artist graduated from the Indonesian Arts Institute (ISI). In early 1999, changed its name to the Cemeti Art House. Cemeti Art House is an exhibit space, information center, the documentation and promotion of the arts. 1995, stood Indonesian Visual Art Archive (IVAA) who managed all aspects of archival and research Fine Arts.

Museum Vredeburg formerly a Dutch defense headquarters, built in 1760 by Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono I, at the request of the Netherlands. In 1788, restored and named Rustenberg, which means fortress resting. In 1867,the castle was renovated again because of the earthquake, and the name was changed to Vredeburg, which means fortress of peace.

Borobudur temple is located about 42 km northwest of Yogyakarta, located in the village of Borobudur, Magelang regency, Central Java. This temple is the second largest Buddhist temple after Ankor Wat temple in Cambodia. Borobudur was built between the 8th century and 9th. Borobudur has extensive 123 x123 m2, with 504 Buddha statues, stupas overlay 72 and 1 main stupa. Borobudur temple has 2672 relief panels which, when arranged lined up will reach a length of 6 kilometers.
